IP GROUP, formerly IPPLUS Joint Stock Company, was founded by Mr. Ngo Dac Thuan on 15 May 2015 under business registration certificate 0313253344 issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment.

The company began at a modest scale with limited capital. Through the determination of its leadership and team, IP GROUP grew by serving SMEs, startups, and early-stage creators with limited resources.
